What is palo santo? Palo santo (which translates directly to 'holy wood') is a tree that belongs to the same plant family that gives us frankincense and myrrh. It has been used for hundreds of year and is upheld as a way to fill every corner of your space with its sacred, uplifting scent and energy.
How do you use it? Using a match or other fire source, light one end of the piece of palo santo and allow it to burn for approximately 30 seconds. Then extinguish the flame. Allow the light smoke to fill your space as you welcome positive thoughts. Place on a burn-safe tray (think glass, abalone, or some metals).
